Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. 1-3 years of data analytics and/or financial operations experience. 2. 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, or equivalent. 3. BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent experience. 4. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to synthesize and present complex information. 5. Expert user in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Experience with data visualization techniques user tools especially Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals within the organization. 8. Strong organization and time management skills. 9. Display a strong desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction. 10. Comfortable with financial modeling, return on investment analyses, and measurement of key performance indicators. 11. 2+ years of experience in high-growth corporate strategy/operations, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity; experience in healthcare highly preferred.  2. Seeking a motivated, self-starter with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. Interview process: 1. Phone or Video screen, 30 minutes 2. Director of Solutions, Technical interview 30-1hr , 3 ppl or more, video interview 3. Case by case on a third round interview with in-depth conversations with the team with potential case study/presentation. Job selling points: 1. Perform a variety of financial analyses in support of operational leadership. 2. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and interpret into clear, actionable insights for executive, finance, and operations leaders. 3. Facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions to identify key business requirements and create customized business solutions. 4. Ensure complex information is expressed to be easily interpreted and leveraged for decision-making. 5. Lead project management in collaboration with Operations Manager for dedicated projects. 6. As with any fast-growing start-up, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission.
