Overview
As a Survey Manager, you’ll oversee and complete a full range surveying services, from location surveys to project design inception and completion. You’ll supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of Survey Project Managers, Survey Technicians and Survey Crew Chiefs, provide QA/QC, and act as team resource on complex surveying issues. In conjunction with the Program Director, you’ll prepare proposals to provide professional services, coach and mentor staff, develop the surveying team budget and labor hour utilization, and participate in developing best practice standards and procedures. -Bachelor’s degree required - Professional Surveyor license, and 7-10 years of licensed professional surveying experience in the state of Ohio. - Familiar with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology
