Required skills and experience: - Must be licensed as a dentist by the State of Texas. - Must have current registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). - Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#). What you need to know: this is an initial 3 months with option to extend! Must have State Supported Living Center experience.
