This is a full-time sales opportunity with a fast-paced, venture-backed company. 2. Based in Austin, Texas. This position will require travel into the office a few days a week but will have a hybrid schedule. 3. We're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. 4. Making 80+ calls per day. Interview process: 1. Phone screen VP of Sales 2. Expanded interviews with various team members 3. Final interview with one of the founders 4. Check 2 professional references Job selling points: 1. Business Development will be focused on researching and setting first appointments with HR and C-Level executives at our target accounts. 2. You’d be joining an existing team of product people who have a track record of successfully building large-scale products with users around the world. Additional job details: 1. Generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executive Team. 2. Leads will be generated from a combination of inbound marketing, outbound calling, and events. 3. A weekly cadence of calls, emails, and social touch points to our ideal customer prospects in order to set up an introductory discussion. 4. Enhancing our business development efforts by researching and building out profiles for our target accounts.
