Overview
Required skills and experience: • Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • This is NOT a remote opportunity. Must be comfortable working in an office setting • This is an entry level role, so prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk is not required, but preferred. • Ideal role for people who thrive working independently and can move from task to task quickly without distractions. • Must pass an Attention to Detail test and a basic Math Test before they can move to next steps in the interview process. • Candidate must be comfortable sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to keep information confidential. • Ability to work independently. What you need to know: • Retrieves source files and work from the data center each day. • Verifies and logs the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing. • Uses data entry software to record assigned data. • Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Interview process: • 30-45 min Phone interview with Employee Success Manager • Candidate is sent an Attention to Detail test & Basic Math test • Come onsite for a 45 min-1hr interview Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Some data entry experience preferred.
