Ongoing contract - highly likely that this will continue to be renewed LIST OF REQUIRED PAPERWORK AT THE END Job Duties -Assumes assigned patient load of selected patients and is responsible for patients from admission to discharge. -Recognizes patients conditions for changes and documents this information. -Collaborates with the RN to carry out nursing care. -Participates in updating care plans. -Performs a wide range of treatment procedures, including heat and cold therapy; extensive sterile dressing changes, starting maintaining and monitoring IV’s; inserting catheters and NG tubes; administering enemas; caring for isolation patients; preparing and administering medications, including IV medications; and setting up for and giving treatments such as oxygen, suction, and respiratory therapy. Requirements: - Cert: BLS - AZ or Compact License - CV/Profile - References - Skills Checklist - Background Check (run by relode) - DL/Photo ID - Drug Screen (done by candidate, not through relode) Required Vaccines/Tests: - Covid Vaccine - Flu Shot - Health Assessment - Physical - Hep B - MMR - Physical - TB - Varicella
