EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:  Generate high membership growth rates – meeting aggressive target objectives  Organize a solicitation strategy inclusive of lead generation, qualification, pipeline, and opportunity management  Lead and contribute to the development of prospect presentations and marketing materials and programs  Commitment to delivering substantial improvement for employer clients, their health plan members, and our partners  Lead the onboarding of an employer client and plan members  Be responsible to resolving client and partner problems in a timely and professional manner  Work within the industry as a company ambassador - promote the business, build relationships & expand our knowledge  Ability to direct and train other employees that work in Relationship Management or are part of our team EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s degree and five years successful sales experience  Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills  Great communication and presentation abilities  A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
