Required skills and experience: - Candidate must be local to Nashville, TN area. - 2-5 years of relevant work experience required. **Candidates beyond 5 years will be too tenured for what we're currently seeking in this role** - Bachelor’s degree - Detail-oriented, self-directed work style. - Experience working in a customer-facing role and providing direct support via phone and email to customers. - Ability to adapt to change quickly and be a creative problem-solver - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, startup environment that includes frequent change and varying tasks and priorities day-to-day. - Enjoys creating new processes and taking ownership of tasks through to completion - Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. - Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and processes. - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision. What you need to know: Our ultimate goal for this role is to find an individual who has a passion for helping people and finding solutions with a positive, 'go-getter' attitude. The Relode crowd is a diverse group of virtual recruiters from all experience levels and walks of life, this role will be to support them however possible, and work to always increase their engagement in the platform while providing the best experience possible. Our business model and technology are disrupting traditional recruiting and improving the hiring process for both recruiters, clients, and candidates. Additional job details: This candidate needs to be local to the Nashville area as our office is located in Brentwood, TN. The weekly schedule for this role will be a mix of in-office and remote flexibility based on current projects, training, and internal needs. Responsibilities: - Utilize MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and other technology tools. - Manage customer service/support communication for the Relode crowd. - Understand the processes, tools, systems, and technology to effectively support projects and communicate effectively with project team members. - Communicate status on multiple projects with team members and be comfortable with initiating and leading new projects whenever needed. - Maintain project-related documentation per defined process. - Create and update and improve workflows and processes as needed. - Update work instructions as needed. - Monitor project progress and communicate potential issues. - Act as a main point of contact across the company for multiple projects and departments. - This individual will be the first point of support for all members of the Relode crowd and needs to have the personality to grow and improve it in all capacities.
