Overview
Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or experience in lieu of one. 2. Minimum 1 year experience. 3. Should be able to evaluate the user’s needs, time limitations and system limitations when developing software. 4. Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry. 5. Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. 6. Update software database. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces. What you need to know: 1. Opportunity to join a high-growth company providing innovative new products and services to NICU teams and families. 2. Gather and analyze user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. 3. Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs. 4. Develop, test and implement new software programs. 5. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues. 6. Test, and maintain software to ensure strong functionality and optimization. 7. Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
