Overview

Required skills and experience: 1) Minimum 3.5 years of experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing data analyst experience required within a CPG company preferred. 2) Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. 3) Demonstrated strategic and technical skill set with a strong intellectual curiosity, ability to activate data-driven insights, and critical understanding of omnichannel consumer behavior. 4) Proven record of success with a range of digital data sources, including first party data. Ability to connect consumer touchpoint across omnichannel experience with specific experience on CDP/CDXP consumer segment/lookalike building and consumer messaging campaigns (Exponea/Bloomreach experience a plus). 5) Effective communication across multi-functional teams. 6) And the ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to broad audience. 7) Tireless customer centric approach. 8) A passion for natural food and healthy eating as well as a desire to change the way we think about ingredient labels. What you need to know: 1) Full-time remote opportunity. Must be willing to travel to Chicago for big meetings, etc according to CDC guidelines. 2) This is an individual contributor role. Additional Job Details: 1) Identify revenue unlocking data insights in our online retail partners portals like Albertsons, Amazon, Costco, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Thrive Market, Walmart, and many others. 2) Create and maintain customer retention dashboard that tracks customer retention metrics like purchase frequency, purchase recency, customer value, and customer lifecycle stages; identify opportunities to improve eCommerce KPIs & reporting. 3) Partner with external analytical stakeholders on a daily basis to plan, execute, and analyze projects (i.e., MikMak, Knotch, Yotpo, and Bazaarvoice). 4) Delve into customer behavior, identifying segments and trends to test, learn, and create new initiatives for online channels. 5) Continue to build and fine-tune analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Outcomes through detailed event naming, site tagging, and property definitions. 6) Lead to A/B testing efforts and personalization / segmentation tests; report and share findings regularly with stakeholders and leadership. 7) Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer ad-hoc business questions and drive business decisions.  Find and create ways to optimize big data models and data sources. 8) Automate Business Processes as required. 9) Performs other projects as assigned.
