Please schedule your candidate's interview with Ashley through her Calendaly link (use THEIR contact info so the confirmation goes to their account): https://calendly.com/ashley-hlavin-relode/initial-interview-and-opportunity-introduction 2) Drug/background check (through Checkr) 3) Offer (please note this offer will expire within 5 days with email reminders going out to candidates every 24 hours) Additional job details: 1) Must meet all requirements to obtain and maintain a state licensed advisor status. 2) Bloom provides all necessary training and pays for all training classes to obtain health insurance licensing as well as license renewal fees while you are employed. 3) Absorb, retain and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information. 4) Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom’s sales techniques. 5) Place outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members. 6) Provide accurate information to prospects using Bloom's quality and compliance standards. 7) Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and in-person with co-workers and management personnel. 8) Proficiently work with Windows and comfortably navigating between websites to assist callers requesting information. 9) Work on a computer with two monitors for 8 or more hours per day. 10) Must have excellent attendance habits.
