Overview
Required skills and experience: High School degree (or equivalent); (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel 2 year’s experience in staffing/recruitment/talent acquisition Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, and Calendly Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision. General Responsibilities: Utilize MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and other technology tools. (PowerBI is a plus) Understand the processes, tools, systems, and technology to effectively support projects and communicate effectively with project team members. Customer service oriented, self-starter with ability to initiate prospecting activities, business development calls, and face to face meetings You’re a team-player committed to the success of the organization You’re comfortable functioning as an individual contributor on the team A people-person with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills You are not scared of picking up a phone and making calls. You are able to adapt and shift gears in a fast-changing environment What you need to know: We are hiring for a Recruitment Associate to join our team to help identify and screen our recruiters submittals. We are looking to grow our team by adding someone who can clearly understand what our clients are looking for and screen resumes based on those requirements to help lead to more successful hires. Additional job details: Your Daily responsibilities will be to review all new submitted candidates and decide if they can instantly be sent to the Customer Success manager or need to be rejected. When needed, pick up the phone and call that candidate and have a conversation about their skills. In addition, you will be responsible for calling and welcoming new recruiters to Relode when your time allows.
