Overview
What you need to know: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for, developing and growing, and leading a virtual recruiting team within the Relode platform. They will design, develop, implement, and perform tasks related to the onboarding, training, coaching, and support of a team of recruiting professionals. Candidates for this position must possess a strong recruiting background and the ability to build relationships while growing Relode’s core business. They are responsible for ensuring success within their teams and achieving maximum growth in line with expectations of Relode standards. This is a full time, salaried position with quarterly bonus opportunities. Additional job details: - Establish and cultivate an extensive network of recruiters. - Facilitates and maintains consistent activity and result levels for monthly Key Performance Indicators, agency, and revenue growth. - Log activities within Relode’s CRM software. - Prepares and executes strategic plans in collaboration with company leadership and the sales team for the continued success of Relode’s virtual community. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
