For Providers, we allow you to focus on doing what you love by handling all of the billing, credentialing, marketing, and administrative duties. For clients, we make it easy to find a world class mental health provider that’s covered by their insurance. Our scheduling team is the front line in helping clients get the treatment they need. Role Description: • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring professional, friendly, and compassionate service • Educate clients about us and our providers, and how we can help them, with the goal of getting them to initiate treatment • Match and schedule clients with providers that meet their needs • Answer client questions in a timely manner by effectively problem solving and troubleshooting issues • Timely communication with clients via phone, email, and text • Help clients with insurance issues and questions • Own all elements of client scheduling processing and workflows, including creation of patient accounts within our systems, and timely management of appropriate work queues Job Requirements/Specifications: • Customer obsession: Excels at communicating, building rapport, and resolving issues for clients • Responsive: Communicates with a sense of urgency with clients and internal teammates • Skilled communicator: Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner • Responsible: Completes work tasks with accuracy in a timely manner • Organized: Good attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities • Independent: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and work in a fast paced environment • Reliable: Punctual and dependable with attendance to work • Operates with integrity: Ensures work contributes positively to Path’s standards and practices Minimum Qualifications: • Previous customer service or sales experience Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in healthcare office setting or call center environment • Strong background in providing excellent customer service skills, preferably some sales experience • Proficient user of computers and software programs such as Salesforce • Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage • Work well in a team atmosphere • Experience working in dynamic, fast paced environments • Enjoy interacting with people Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
