Overview
*Bachelor’s degree (required), preferred focus in Supply Chain, *Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems. *5+ years’ experience in related field with demonstrated experience using project management and process optimization. *Excellent data analytical skills and use of continuous improvement tools *Ability to effectively communicate and network with all functions and levels of the organization. *Able to lead, engage, hold accountable and influence others in a team- based environment. Responsibilities: *Design/enhance, implement, standardize, socialize and train new technology within the Sourcing & Supplier Development team. *Leading functional data integrity, compliance governance, and availability to accelerate the speed and accuracy of decision making. *Leading miscellaneous multi-variable analysis in support of process and cost benefits (ex. should cost, supply chain variable modeling *NPD/VM/BC success, OTS, OTD, etc.) *Facilitate and collaborate in multi-functional teams to ensure sustainment and progress towards goals, both individual and those of the teams. *Identify problems and confirm root causes to then develop and implement countermeasures using CI techniques to tackle issues / situations with balanced and long-lasting actions. *Creatively improve reporting capabilities using various tools, enabling value-add analytics and summary visualizations (MS Access, SAP queries, PowerBI). *Make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that enable successful end results. *Take initiative to independently perform assignments with urgency and limited instruction to achieve the desired results. *Above average technical skills including the ability to craft, develop, and support organizational analytics platforms and systems, such as PowerBI, Azure DB, MS Office Suite, GEP, SAP, supplier portal solutions, etc. *Consistent track record in building organizational capability through information visibility, data integrity and training. *Resiliency and comfortable stretching self and others, change agent. The Sourcing Systems & Analytics Manager is responsible for improving decision making and action bias through enhanced information availability, clarity and visibility. This includes the functional ownership of innovative procurement ideas, modeling and problem solving by using supporting supply chain systems / tools like PowerBI, GEP, and SAP. Key responsibilities for success include owning the design/enhancement, implementation and user training of our sourcing technology tools. In addition, development of key performance indicators (KPI’s), versatile internal/external scorecards, miscellaneous multi-variable / should cost analysis, and supervising key table data integrity. This role is valuable in facilitating selection, training, and compliance of data reporting across our teams, while having dotted line accountability to a centralized Advanced Analytics COE. This team member will work for the Director of Global Sourcing and Supplier Development.
