Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university/college in a related field strongly preferred, but will accept comparable work experience 2. Minimum 10 years of technical troubleshooting and resolution, requirements gathering and documentation 3. Minimum 5 years technical support experience 4. Documented competency in SQL and other coding languages preferred 5. Relevant technical certifications desired 6. Advanced knowledge in JIRA, Confluence and SQL 7. Advanced knowledge in administering reporting tools, including but not limited to Progress® Telerik®, Tableau, SAP Business Objects 8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite 9. Working knowledge of Automated Compliance and Evaluation System (ACES™) preferred What you need to know: 1. Full-time remote opportunity 2. Monitors reporting performance metrics, performs research and collaborates with Operations, clients and IT to document and facilitate resolution 2. Uses fundamental troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to client issues 3. Acts as an effective technical interface between clients and the IT and Product teams 4. Writes and reviews complex technical JIRA bug tickets originating from Operations 5. Researches, monitors and collaborates with product development on enhancement request originating from Operations 6. Serves as Progress® Telerik®, Tableau, SAP Business Objects administrator, troubleshooting, testing and developing fields/tables as required
