Overview

What you need to know: - The client needs Nurse Practitioners to work at their correctional facilities in Marlin, TX - This will be a 6mo contract that will likely extend beyond that time frame - 8 hour (8am - 430pm) rotating schedule Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, Wed Thur, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, etc. - Work in capacity of nurse - duties can be anything nursing from PCT, Medication Aide, nursing & NP - working nurse sick call, insulin, run pill window, etc. - 80% RN duties, 20% NP duties - Staff NP may be on unit at the same time but performing different duties - There is a potential at these locations for them to be the only medical personnel on the unit. They will do everything in their power to keep this from happening but it's a possibility - Will have to complete six online Computer Learning Portal modules before they can start
