Our client is a Mental Healthcare Company that provides mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across multiple states. They provide their services where you are – in your community, in your home, or in one of our multiple offices across several states. Their network of direct care professionals is readily available to meet the needs of their clients and families in their own communities.


Required skills and experience: • 2-3 years of investment banking or private equity experience is required. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Proficient in Excel at an advance level with financial modeling tools including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sumifs, etc.; Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an advanced level. What you need to know: ● The Corporate Development Associate will report directly to the CEO based in Franklin, TN and will be a crucial role supporting and managing the execution of the company’s add-on acquisition and overall growth strategy. The Corporate Development Associate will be directly involved in developing a robust pipeline of acquisitions in key geographic areas, responsible for the financial and operational analytics of the deal process, and play a key role in transaction diligence and execution. The Corporate Development Associate will also be involved with supporting post-close integration of new acquisitions and organic growth initiatives. Additionally, the role will have high exposure to our financial sponsors, board members and other third-party advisors. Schedule: M-F
