Qualifications

• the ABA field working with individuals with Autism (5+ years)
• Valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analsyt)
• Valid Driver's
• Do you have a Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance?
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Experience overseeing ABA services from clinical, administrative, and operational perspectives
  • Supervisory experience over behavior intervention programs
  • Microsoft Office
• Are you willing and able to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination no later than your scheduled start date?
• Are you able to meet the Travel requirements for this position?

Overview

We are looking for a Regional Director in the northern Atlanta metro area to oversee the success of their region. This role will be responsible for recruiting and managing the Certified Behavior Analyst staff/clinical team, provide direction and inspiring leadership, and driving/implementing regional operating strategy to achieve company and regional business metrics.
