Overview
Required skills and experience: • CSM® (Certified ScrumMaster) • Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and others from which to draw practices that can be leveraged to help make the team successful • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Cloud Development and other Microsoft tools a plus • Experience working with data and software teams • Strong knowledge of metrics related to Agile and iterative delivery • 3+ years of Scrum / Agile management • 4-year college degree What you need to know: • Must possess great interpersonal skills along with strong communication skills, teaching abilities, critical thinking, and team building skills • Understands the value of iterative, incremental value creation • Prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption (preferred) • Technical knowledge around software development cycles and software engineering practices is important Interview process: • Initial screening will be done via Relode CSM followed by a more extensive interview process with Prospero Health, directly.
