Overview

We are hiring a design-focused product manager. Our suite of behavioral health and well-being applications extends care to our participants, so they receive the care they need at the moment that they need it. You will be part of the product and engineering team delivering next-generation, innovative solutions within behavioral health and well-being. This is an extremely cross-functional role where you will conduct user research, identifying pain points and opportunities. You have a passion for design thinking and translating research into action. You demonstrate this by authoring product design documents, user stories, and participant-facing content in multimedia formats. This role manages population health projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the clinical enterprise, working closely with product developers, participant personas, data scientists, and clinical experts to create a product roadmap, designs, and differentiated content in the company's unique personality. You will be the key advocate for supporting the participants' needs across a suite of products and content development. An ideal portfolio would contain work in consumer-facing healthcare and AI. Additional work in the development of software applications implementing responsive design, and applications that can be managed and maintained by non-engineering staff. Required skills and experience: *Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, journalism, psychology or relevant experience *5+ years of progressive experience of analysis, product ownership, management, design, and development on consumer products that include content and software development *Exceptional written and oral communication skills with superior attention to detail *Highly organized with strong prioritization / alignment skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-growing environment. *Highly self-motivated with ability to absorb and retain information quickly. *Ability to translate technical jargon into languages that can be easily comprehended. *Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment interfacing across diverse business areas.
