Overview

As a Supply Chain Service Analyst within our company, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements allowing us to exceed our customer expectations from a delivery and overall service standpoint. Required skills and experience: *Bachelor’s degree (required), preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations, *Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems. *3+ years’ experience in related field with demonstrated experience with process optimization and large data analysis. *Ability to develop systematic processes to build robust and repeatable analyses for frequent monitoring of various business conditions. Advanced use of SAP (or equivalent ERP), Microsoft Power BI / Tableau, and Microsoft Access / Excel. *Excellent data analytical skills and use of continuous improvement tools *Strong communication and networking skills across all functions and levels of the organization. *Works effectively with a wide number of functional areas. Able to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based environment. *APICS certification (preferred) What you need to know: -Service Management: *Facilitate cross functional meetings to ensure sustainment and progress towards service-related goals. *Identify root causes and develop and implement countermeasures related to service performance issues. *Work cross functionally (Customer Solutions, Supply Planning, Operations, and Demand Planning) to align inventory systems and proactively address improvement opportunities to optimize service *Collaborate with Sales teams to proactively communicate customer- specific service performance and action items for improvement *Design and build reports that synthesize data and communicate performance to a broad group of partners, utilizing various tools (MS Access, SAP queries, Power BI) *Collaborate with Information Systems and act as a data steward for sales order data to ensure accurate reporting and further enhance report development -Project Management: *Make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. *Independently perform assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determine and develop an approach to solutions. Receive technical mentorship only on unusual or sophisticated problems or issues. *Coordinate the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
