  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Solutions Architech
    • Solutions Engineer (post-sales)
  • Are you familiar with RDF, SPARQL and other semantic web technologies?
  • Do you have an understanding of how enterprise data solutions are managed and secured at scale?
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • REST API's
    • Building Integrated Software
    • SQL (ability to write and execute queries)
    • Understanding of SaaS / cloud architecture
    • Understanding of platform mechanics
  • Once travel resumes, are you willing/able to travel up to 25% (nationally)?
  • Do you have experience implementing solutions with enterprise-level customers? If so, provide examples of those enterprise customers.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Architect to join our post-sales Solutions team. You will work directly with our clients, establishing yourself as the key technical advisor and advocate, working cross-functionally to ensure the successful design, integration, rollout, and adoption of our platform. This role is a balance of client consultation and technical execution. This includes partnering with client teams to gather requirements and develop implementation plans, ownership of the delivery of technical integrations with client systems, facilitating training, and providing general technical support during implementation.
