Our client is the leading provider of environmental services and byproduct sales to the power generation industry. They assist utilities and independent power producers in sustainably managing and recycling ash byproducts generated from the combustion of coal in the production of electricity. With over 30 years of experience, they also design and implement solutions for ash pond management and closure, landfill construction, fly ash sales, and structural fill projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid Driver's
- Valid SHRM
- Valid HRCI
- Human Resources (encompassing both generalist and recruiting responsibilities) (10+ years)
- Are you able to meet the travel requirements (3 days a week, 3 weeks a month - Typically leaving on Monday afternoon, Return home Thursday Evenings)?
- Are you willing to use your own vehicle for travel requirements?
- Do you have hands-on experience with iCIMS and UKG?
- Do you have HR experience working in a Construction Environment?
