Overview

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Anderson, TX. This position will be responsible for administering and enforcing the overall Quality Program policies and procedures to ensure project compliance and risk management. Top "Must-Have" Skills for this job: • 4+ years professional experience in an Environmental Compliance position in the environmental/construction industry (with Bachelor's Degree) • 8+ years professional experience in an Environmental Compliance position in the environmental/construction industry (without Bachelor's Degree) • Experience with solid waste management, permitting and compliance within a company that manages coal ash or industrial solid wastes (preferred) • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions • Certification Environmental Specialist (CES) • Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) • Project Quality Manager (PQM) • Certified Erosion Sediment & Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) within 6 months of hire (required) • Registration as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist (preferred) • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Compliance, or related field (preferred) • Valid Driver's License (required) Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 401(k) with Company Contribution • PTO, Sick Days • Competitive Compensation • Well-Maintained Equipment • Annual Bonus • And much more!
