Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- community engagement or working as a Community Guide (1+ years)
- How do you foster connections with the clients and maintain those relationships long-term?
- When someone asks for a resource and you’re not able to deliver that resource, how comfortable are you sitting with that? (Essentially asking--How comfortable are you with being unable to help a member of the community (for whatever reason - funding, lack of resources, etc.)
- What interests you about working at Reema?
- How comfortable are you with using technology (navigating google docs, excel, word etc.)
- Are you Bilingual? If yes, in what Language/s?

Top "Must-Have" Skills for this job: • 1+ year of experience working directly with the community • Knowledge of Crisis Planing and/or Case Management is preferred • Utilization of text messaging, phone calls, home visits, and social media as a primary means of engagement • Knowledgeable about Community Resources available to meet the appropriate needs of members • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships • Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (required) • Bilingual (required) Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • Unlimited PTO (subject to approval by your Manager) • Flexible spending account • Flexible Schedule • Work from Home (when not traveling out into the community to provide care) • And much more!
