Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • community engagement or working as a Community Guide (1+ years)

  • How do you foster connections with the clients and maintain those relationships long-term?
  • When someone asks for a resource and you’re not able to deliver that resource, how comfortable are you sitting with that? (Essentially asking--How comfortable are you with being unable to help a member of the community (for whatever reason - funding, lack of resources, etc.)
