Overview

About this role We are hiring a Product Manager to own our care delivery roadmap, which spans three distinct product interfaces: our custom-built EHR that licensed therapists and psychiatrists use to offer care, our Collaboration Portal that University Staff members use to refer students in to care, and our Patient Portal that students use to receive care. We have built our brand as the most clinically-informed digital mental health solution for the University student population through a combination of direct collaboration with clinical experts and a high bar for product design and development. This role will be highly cross-functional, requiring you to prioritize inbound feedback across disparate stakeholder and customer groups, while driving long-term, measurable value for our patients, University partners, and clinical providers. You will work with a dedicated group of designers, engineers, clinical mental health experts, and clinical operators. You will partner closely with and report to our Lead Product Manager. NYC-based candidates are strongly preferred. Responsibilities • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of care we're able to offer through our digital clinic. • Combine that with a deep understanding of customer need through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of inbound feedback from clinical providers, patients, and University staff members. • Collaborate with your cross-functional partners to translate this deep customer understanding into a long term roadmap aimed at delivering the best clinical care possible. • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to define and build the protocols and products needed to support new care types, workflows, and product tools needed to deliver on these opportunities. • Conduct and integrate customer research throughout your strategic planning and product development. • Collaborate with the rest of the product team to integrate this into other, evolving modalities of care, finding opportunities to seamlessly move students between these products based on their needs. • Set the goal metrics for the ongoing success of our digital clinic. Obsess over these metrics and know them like the back of your hand. Requirements Must haves... • You have 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, and have a wealth of experience working closely with design and engineering teams. • You are customer-obsessed— you love speaking with existing and prospective customers to learn more about their jobs to be done. You combine these qualitative insights with quantitative analysis to ensure you're building the right things in the right ways. • You are a self starter who is resourceful and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to get something done • You have superb communication and collaboration skills. Managing through influence is second nature and you're avid at building alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders • You are comfortable jumping between high level strategy conversations to keep us headed in the right direction, and day-to-day operations tasks aimed at keeping the team's engine humming smoothly. • You are entrepreneurial, and excel when you can take ownership and build yourself into the primary driver of your product area. • You are passionate about mental healthcare, and are driven by our mission to increase access to mental healthcare for university students Nice to haves... • You have experience working at an early stage company, and so feel comfortable wearing many hats and operating in an environment with significant ambiguity. • You have direct experience building digital healthcare products, or otherwise working in the digital healthcare industry. • You have strong data chops. You love going deep into the data to find insights and trends, so you can build confidence in the decisions you're making. Benefits • Competitive compensation package, including base, equity, and bonus • Generous health, dental, and vision insurance contribution • One Medical Membership • Commuter Card • Work with a small, collaborative team at a fast pace • Ability to have an impact through building products that will affect millions of lives • While we are NYC-based and place a premium on in-person collaboration, we have a very flexible WFH policy. In other words, you are welcome to spend a few weeks here and there working from the Bahamas.
