Overview

We are seeking a Functional Manager (SAP-FICO) in the area of Finance and Controlling for their Business Solutions group housed with Information Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the functional side working closely with the business and technical resources to deliver efficient and manageable solutions. We are looking for someone who will bring a solid understanding of and experience with the Finance and/or Controlling (FICO) modules of SAP, as well as integration points with other functions (modules). Someone who understands business process and is willing to dive in and lead initiatives. *Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO – either IS or Business side. *Experience with Project Implementation. *Significant experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and solution design. *Above average multi-functional business understanding. *Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical associates. *Shown ability to implement new standards and processes. *Demonstrated communication and related interpersonal competencies. Responsibilities: -Participate in definition and analysis of opportunities; identify and propose options; evaluate alternatives; drive consensus; produce detailed solution designs and/or business requirements for strategic and tactical initiatives. -Deliver solution implementations in collaboration with IS, business team, external partners and Project Management Office (PMO). -Plan and coordinate scheduled enhancements, maintenance, and other operations functions. -Collaborate with IS team to develop technical requirements/designs. -Help lead support resources (internal and external) for a timely resolution of support issues -Continuously develop subject matter knowledge and apply to ongoing job functions as appropriate.
