Required Skills and Experience: 1. 1 year minimum in a outpatient functional medicine or outpatient primary care setting as a Nurse Practitioner. 2. Experience with EMR software required. 3. Must be a currently licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York; other states a plus. 4. Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product and service lines. 5. Experience working in a multi-specialty environment a plus. What You Need to Know: 1. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week opportunity with a high growth company based out of NYC. 2. The care model is both Telehealth and treatment platform. This position will work out of their flagship store. 3. Full benefits including 401k. Additional Job Details: 1. Maintain high clinical standard of service through adherence to all clinical protocols. 2. Administer blood draws and prepare labs. 3. Administer ultrasound bone density scans. 4. Develop appropriate treatment plans based on customer consultations, lab results and scan results. 5. Assist with scheduling of patients' consultations and treatments. 6. Ensure customer safety when performing treatments. 7. Maintain charting/clinical documentation for each customer. 8. Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments according to approved formulary. 9. Complete consultations (in-person and via video/chat) and respond to patient messages within identified timeframe guidelines.
