Overview

Required skills and experience: *Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university * 2 years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products is preferred. *Incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions. What you need to know: *Analyze account activity utilizing SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI *Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business *Consult management on account trends and activity *Build ad hoc reports to support order management *Utilize CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines *Use account knowledge to positively represent Delta Faucet Company during customer inquiries and complaint resolution *Participate in account long and short-term business planning *Effectively communicate with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet *Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion Additional job details: Do you have a strong customer service skill set and an ability to make data-backed decisions?   • Customer Service (2+ years)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • SAP
    • Power BI
    • Excel
