Overview
The Role The Quality Assurance Team works to support our mission of delivering quality care by supporting our providers in delivering quality care. Quality Assurance Specialists review provider notes to ensure they are consistent with best practices, and engage with providers to give feedback and direction. You Will ● Review documentation scorecards for our network of providers ● Leverage our support ticketing system to communicate with providers and provide guidance ● Answer provider questions and train them on next steps where needed ● Communicate proactively, both internally with colleagues and externally with providers You Are ● Highly organized and detail oriented ● Experienced in quality assurance, customer service, or training experience a plus ● Motivated to succeed, with a high standard of excellence ● A strong written and verbal communicator ● Passionate about Path’s mission to expand affordable mental healthcare ● Available to work a regular shift between 8am and 6pm PT Our team We are a fun, upbeat, and remote-first team united by our mission of simplifying behavioral healthcare services. - Are you able to work M-F either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Pacific Time?
