Overview

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Client Success Director (CSD) to engage, retain, and enable our clients. The CSD is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a portfolio of clients. As a CSD, you will be the primary advocate for each client, guiding them along a path to success. You’ll be working with a wide range of client personas. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about our mission, as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every client. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. Qualifications

Required
  • Do you have experience with a Start-up or early-stage company?
  • Once travel resumes, are you willing/able to meet the occasional travel requirements (35%, Nationally)?
  • Are you fully vaccinated for COVID-19? *Full vaccination = 2 or more weeks have passed since the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) or since the first dose in a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine). Vaccine must be approved/authorized by the FDA
  • 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • a Customer Success Manager/Director role
    • working on a customer success team in a SaaS start environment
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • How would you describe your familiarity with Data Management or Data Governance?
  • Do you direct client facing experience with Fortune 500 Companies? If yes, what companies?
