Qualifications

Required
  • High School/GED
  • a Customer Service related role in the Healthcare field (2+ years)
  • Are you Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)?
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Customer Service Skills
  • Are you able to work the Required Hours for this position (Monday – Friday, 8-5pm PST - Must work the PST time zone shifts)?
  • the Healthcare field as a Medical Assistance or Customer Service related role (1+ years)
Preferred
  • Valid Medical Assistant (MA)
