Overview

Required skills and experience: *A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field *2+ year experience working at a Business Analyst *Comfortable working in a Start-up environment *Previous experience working in a previous BI / Data Analyst role is a plus but not required *Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a willingness and curiosity to learn new data analytical languages and skills. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau is a plus but not required. What you need to know: *Assist the finance and strategy teams with data analysis * Leverage a claim analysis data tool to stratify large data sets across different financial and outcomes metrics *Succinctly communicate outcomes of various project and analytics to the team *Create sophisticated presentations in PowerPoint using advanced skill sets *Serve as a project management support, organizing the team around major milestones and the individual tasks that lead up to those milestones, in partnership with the Project Manager Additional job details: You will collaborate with senior and executive leaders in building out Evergreen from the ground up. You will get hands on experience applying data analysis to real world situations, exposure to business development and growth opportunities, an opportunity to build a national networking base, and the ability to work among some of the some of the sought after thought leadership in the health care space.
