Testing Supervisor

Overview

Required skills and experience: *Must be fully vaccinated. • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees • High school diploma or equivalent. • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. • Good knowledge of IOS, and Android on many devices is a big plus. • Proven experience in customer service is strongly preferred • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. • Strengths in team-building and problem-solving. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude. What you need to know: · **This is not a managerial role and it will not have any direct reports** · This position is fulfilling a State of Minnesota sponsored COVID testing site. You will be working with the general public, registering accounts on their cell phones and watching them self collect a saliva sample for a laboratory. Hours of Operation: · Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7pm · Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am to 4pm **You must be comfortable standing for a 10 hour shift. **You must be able to work the entire shift and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Customer service
• Customer service type roles? (1+ years)
• Are you able to work on weekends?
