**This is a remote opportunity** **Seeking Candidates in the State of Wisconsin** **Candidates must have DEA license** About the Role We are hiring Nurse Practitioners to provide patient care and medication management, which includes initial consultations for depression & anxiety and follow-up visits for titration of medications, monitoring, and more. The salary range posted is for a full-time role, which is our priority in hiring and we are looking for nurse practitioners licensed in multiple states or willing to get licensed in multiple states. Nurse practitioners are paired with Care Counselors that help guide clients after their initial evaluations, and there are Psychiatrists on staff that can receive patients that need elevation of care. So it is an interdisciplinary team managing the patient‘s treatment. In particular, we believe that our telemedicine model for psych care will be revolutionary in improving access to care in much needed geographically rural areas where it is desperately needed. We are looking for certified nurse practitioners who possess the following strengths: verbal and written communication, empathetic & intuitive listening, relationship building, and well-structured thought. Psychiatric training is preferred. Must also be computer literate, and have advanced knowledge of multiple software systems (Slack, Google Suite, Doxy.me, etc.), or be comfortable learning them quickly. Experience with DoseSpot is a huge plus. Multiple NP state licenses are a plus Must be comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate. Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work
