Overview

This is a Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Day position with .5 FTE Program Coordinator and .5 FTE Outpatient Therapist. Position Summary: The Program Coordinator provides coordination and facilitation of intensive programming.  The program coordinator collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, their family. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plan Conduct group therapy sessions within assigned intensive program Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies  to  ensure continuity of care Facilitate weekly case management meeting Provide after-hours consultation for lodging clients Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards May participate in peer review of documentation Maintain and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public.  Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current Emily Program clients’ protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and Emily Program policy.  Additionally, maintain confidentiality in any position with access to employee personal information. Attend all required meetings per the Outpatient Site Meeting Structure document Complete all assigned mandatory trainings Drive clients, staff, and supplies in the company vehicle as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduate degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field and working toward independent licensure Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive One year of clinical experience preferred

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Is your degree in any of the following: Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Related Field?
  • Do you have or are you currently working towards Independent Licensure?
  • Do you have a valid driver's license?
Preferred
  • Do you have at least 1 year Clinical experience?
