Overview
As the Project Manager, you ensure effective and on-time market implementations and projects. You will deeply engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners to understand and align incentives, processes, and operational launch. You will create and manage the team to the launch plan, proactively identifying launch risks and working with key stakeholders to mitigate those risks and any potentially resulting delays. -You’re an expert in project management tools such as SmartSheet, MS Project, etc. -You have a project manager certification -You have a minimum of 3 years in project management, with an emphasis on healthcare market launches -Change Management certification a plus Additional Details Primary functions for the Project Manager: -Define implementation scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and required resource -Build and manage a disciplined project plan and process -Facilitate project calls, including agenda set-up and deliverable preparation -Build and evolve playbooks and toolkits, where appropriate (i.e. implementations) based on learnings -Cultivate deep relationships and partner with key internal and external stakeholders on building and executing on launch plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Do you have a change management certification?
- Are you willing to travel?
- Do you have your PMP certification?
