Overview

As a Recruiter with this client, you will collaborate with Senior Leadership and hiring managers to determine what the right talent profile for a role looks like, create job descriptions and posting for that role, and build and execute a recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process and updating hiring managers and leadership on status. While this job is remote, the client would like candidates who are located in the Nashville area at this time. Required Skills •3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience •Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously •Exceptional communication skills •Exceptional organizational skills •Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems •Healthcare-specific recruiting experience strongly preferred •BSN preferred Primary Functions: •Partner with leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify hiring needs •Establish end-to-end recruitment plan for assigned positions, from sourcing to close •Build role-based interview guides, ensuring alignment with hiring manager on competencies to assess and interview stages and process, case study, and interviewers/interview panel •Proactively maintain candidate status in Applicant Tracking System or other identified tracking tool •Provide regular reports on pipeline health and movement, as well as candidate status •Drive moment of candidates through the pipeline and process, including but not limited to: -Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites, and other creative avenues -Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications against job requirements -Present candidates to hiring managers for initial review and screens, follow up to ensure timely feedback is received -Communicate status to candidate, including preparing for next step in the process or disengaging as appropriate -Facilitate decision meetings, including preparing combined scorecards, convening interviewers, and documenting decisions and next steps -Partner with HR team and hiring manager on offer creation, approval, and extension

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Healthcare Recruiting
    • Full Cylce Recruiting
    • Applicant Tracking Systems
Preferred
  • Do you have experience working in a start-up environment?
  • Do you hold a BSN?
