Interview Process: 1. Relode TA completes initial screen 2. Relode Submits candidate 3. Cerebral will contact candidate to set up interview 4. If interview is successful, a WorkRamp take-home test will be sent and must be complete within 48 hrs 5. Cerebral to review WorkRamp and contact candidates with offer Interview: (they will email directly, make sure your candidate is checking their email/junk/spam) Recruiter Screen-> Mock Session -> Hiring manager final call. ***Payment Structure Update 01/12/22*** PLEASE READ!!! Payment per task ranges from $45-up and that the average per hour is around $75-90 (could be higher) depending on how many sessions they hold and their experience level • Cerebral will not share their pay scale with us because it fluctuates too much between candidates. • We do know that they pay a variable hourly salary, as it is a "pay per task" model. i.e. a therapy session is a set hourly fee, weekly team meetings will be billed at a different rate, admin tasks another, etc. • Cerebral has asked us to not share pay and allow them to discuss that on the interviews, but relode requires a number to be put into job info. • In the past, candidates have been hired anywhere from $40/hr up to $125/hr for NP therapy sessions. Notes: - This is for the State of WISCONSIN - This is a 1099 position. - Must have DEA license - Initial intake appointments are typically 30 minutes - From there you meet with your client every 3 months (unless earlier intervention is flagged) - One thing to note, we do prescribe controlled substances. This is on a case by case basis and only as needed and as a last resort. Our providers check PMP or PDMP to ensure clients are not doing things like doctor shopping - 20 hours per week minimum, can be full time if candidates desires. -The amount of clients that can be seen will vary as it is based on candidates hours of availability. It is very flexible. This client has their own proprietary EMR system. Client is looking for certified nurse practitioners who possess the following strengths: verbal and written communication, empathetic & intuitive listening, relationship building, and well-structured thought. Psychiatric training is preferred. Must also be computer literate, and have advanced knowledge of multiple software systems (Slack, Google Suite, Doxy.me, etc.), or be comfortable learning them quickly. Experience with DoseSpot is a huge plus. Multiple NP state licenses are a plus Must be comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate. Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work
