Required skills and experience: * Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish * Must be fully vaccinated * Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of relevant internship or work experience in a call center type environment * Ideal candidate background: Contact center or call center experience, as they need to be very structured with their schedule. (They have to be very flexible on shift, including weekends and holidays, as shifts can vary.) * Superior written and oral communication skills * A passion to help people - you exude empathy, personality, humor, warmth, kindness, and you're an excellent listener * Emotional intuition for building great consumer experiences with the analytical rigor to surface meaningful qualitative and quantitative consumer interactions What you need to know: * 100% Remote/work from home opportunity (candidate can be located anywhere within US) * Start Date: January 10th, 2022 * 5 openings * Contract length: 2-6 months Interview process: * Zoom interview with 1-2 hiring managers About the Role: We're looking for a Public and Enterprise Health Associate who is excited to connect with current and prospective customers and to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate, as appropriate. You will field calls and messages from customers and work with various teams including operations, medical teams, and vendors to provide an incredible end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Call Center or Contact Center work (1+ years)
  • Are you bi-lingual in English and Spanish?
  • Do you have the full Covid19 vaccination?
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Customer Service (CS)
    • Health Associate
Preferred
  • Do you have a flexible schedule? Are you comfortable working some weekends, Holidays or evenings if needed?
