Required skills and experience: · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of provider groups/health plan operations/client services/account management role demonstrating growth in managing complex and cross functional efforts · Experience with Government programs (Medicaid, Medicare and Duals) · Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients/complex projects simultaneously · Strong writing, presentation, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills and problems · Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address work-related issues · High energy, ability to work in a creative, entrepreneurial environment and think outside the box · Ability to work proficiently with Smartsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio What you need to know: This position has responsibility for overall day-to-day operational management of the business relationship between the company and the assigned client partners. The role will enhance the partnership with the provider partners by leveraging strong relationship-building skills and facilitate consistent performance of the markets and contract terms. The Client Success Manager role will serve as the operational liaison overseeing all post implementation activities for our client partners. In addition, you will assist the market teams by triaging all market operations related requests and materials while documenting and maintaining best practices. This will allow for standardization of processes and identification of areas for process improvement to achieve efficient execution and successful market performance Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: § Primary contact for investigating, addressing and escalating all client partner issues and inquiries across Evergreen’s markets and departments as well as client partners § Facilitates post implementation meetings to identify, communicates and provides suggested solutions to issues that may arise and collaborate with local market leadership to drive decisions and manage stakeholder expectations · Identifies and communicates client business needs and expectations to local market leadership for the development, enhancement and implementation of all services · Establishes manages communication workflows between client partners and business units to address concerns or questions related to patients/members, referrals, reporting, provider payments, member services and other topics · Monitoring timely accurate delivery of compliance reports and data exchange while mitigating potential issues § Monitors timeliness of post go-live data feeds and reporting due inbound to Evergreen or outbound to client partners § Ensures client deliverables are accurate, timely, and meet or exceed expectations § Works closely with all functional departments to identify root cause and resolution of issues post implementation § Provides excellent service and deliver timely responses to internal and external customers § Schedule, organize and facilitate post implementation governance meetings such as Joint Operating Committee (JOC) including creation of materials in partnership with local market leadership § Other implementation and account management duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
