Overview

Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, information systems or similar. · 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related healthcare industry · Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of software/product development. · Ability to collaborate with Business and IT engineers and translate business requirements into technical terms and vice versa · Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration · Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues. · Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills What you need to know: As the Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage all technical initiatives for the Implementation/Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating technical implementation programs, tracking their progress, and serving as the main support provider for the day-to-day operational issues. This includes managing through all aspects of both business and IT development lifecycles using industry standard practices such as risk management, project scheduling and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will drive the IT & Data Exchange implementation workstreams internally & externally combining technological expertise and business knowledge to promote innovative solutions and enable successful implementations. Primary functions for this role: · Create project plans for IT/Data Exchange workstream; tracking data, system and reporting deliverables, technical issues and implement solutions in a prompt manner · Effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to process to ensure efficient execution · Propose solutions to technical constraints using technical expertise and experience, as well as provide expertise for escalated quality problems, and anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle · Identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements · Define strategies, regularly participate in operation readiness and leadership meetings to present progress, risks and share project information with other others within the Evergreen organization · Monitor timeliness of data feeds and reporting both inbound and outbound · Identify and resolve data issues impacting timelines · Collaborate with IT and business to perform analyses needed, and drive issues to resolution · Work closely with data owners to identify and resolve data issues and their associated root cause · Track and report progress of activities to implementation program managers · Develop IT

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Technical Program Management in Healthcare (5+ years)
