Required skills and experience: · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of health care implementation/health plan operations/program management role demonstrating growth in managing complex and cross functional efforts - Proven track record of driving operational projects/initiatives from conception to implementation to refinement · Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously · Demonstrated understanding of project management techniques and methods · Experience with Government programs (Medicaid, Medicare and Duals) and working with provider groups and health plans · Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio · Strong writing, presentation, critical thinking, and meeting leadership skills · Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization; internally and externally · High energy, ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and think outside the box · Strong writing, presentation, critical thinking, and interpersonal and problem-solving skills · Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address work-related issues · PMP Certification a plus What you need to know: As the Implementation Program Manager, you will lead the development and launch of new markets and market expansions in partnership with the company's Operations teams and our JV partners. The Implementation Program Manager is a key delivery and execution role in the Implementation / Operations team responsible for the development and delivery of one or more multi-year external client facing programs or initiatives. In this role, you’ll be a key player executing the company's implementation methodology, building consistency and standardization to achieve scale as we grow and expand to new geographies. The ideal candidate will drive specific implementation workstreams cross functionally using strategic frameworks and optimized playbooks to enable successful and efficient market launches. Primary functions for this role: · Manage and oversee the development of new markets implementation from conception through launch · Define scope of implementation in partnership with leadership, stakeholders and customers, and leads all internal and external workstream meetings across operations, technical, financial, clinical and business disciplines · Develop and manage business implementation plans with agility and insights generated from deep understanding of the partner, market, Evergreen model and operations to achieve objectives and meet contractual and compliance requirements · Develop deep understanding of federal Medicare and state Medicaid programs and how value-based providers can drive performance · Identify, document and communicate project statuses, action items and issues/risks to drive decisions and manage stakeholder expectations · Ensure project deliverables are met and holds appropriate workstream owners accountable for managing issues, escalations and problem resolution · Identify and evaluate risks to overall implementation timeline and proactively escalates and manages issues to minimize disruption to successful delivery · Provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day external client facing business issues · Develop and evolve implementation playbook, driving to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency of implementation execution · Continually refine processes and tools through lessons learned and best practices to optimize execution performance and increase efficiency
Qualifications
