Overview

Required skills and experience: • 5+ years of prior experience in a leadership role within the TA function, including the management of direct reports • 7+ years healthcare-specific recruiting experience required • Exceptional analytical skills • Experience implementing new pathways to source and identify talent • BSN preferred What you need to know: As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Chief People Officer, and design and oversee our hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies. You will plan, develop, manage, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. You will seize the opportunity to build out a team that focuses on hiring talent not just to fill a role, but to thrive in an environment where they will revolutionize how healthcare gets delivered. You will work closely with our external recruitment partners to manage sourcing, interviewing, and the entire hiring process to ensure every candidate has an experience worth sharing. Additional job details: • Build up a team that comes to work each day not to close out requisitions and make hires, but to put the right people in t the right roles at the right time. • Establish appropriate recruiting metrics and KPIs (i.e., time to hire, cost per hire) and develop strategies to execute on them. • Manage advertising and recruitment PnL, evaluating return on investment and ensuring that recruitment dollars are well spent. • Partner with the Chief People Officer and Executive Team to build talent acquisition programs and processes that are truly impactful and deliver on diversity, equity, and inclusiveness in the hiring and talent acquisition process. • Build an employer brand in partnership with Talent, Marketing, and Communications teams. Leverage professional networks and community relationships to establish our company as an employer of choice. • Collaborate on external recognition opportunities that celebrate our company's employees and culture • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, focusing on mentorship and coaching to help them achieve and deliver on their own career aspirations. • Lead and coach hiring managers on best practices for hiring [Screening, Interviewing, Assessments] • Broker relationship with external Recruitment partners for key hires across the business. • Create and implement benchmarks, strategies, and processes to move recruiting functions in-house following new market launches. • Provide regular reports on pipeline health and movement, as well as candidate status • Serve as a recruiter on key leadership roles

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership Role (5+ years)
  • 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Clinical Recruiting
    • Full Cycle Recruiting
    • Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Do you have experience working in a Start-up environment?
