Overview
Required skills and experience: *Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics business, or other related field. *Seeking candidates w/ experience in healthcare - Needs to be someone who is experienced enough to generate proformas for healthcare insurance and medical practice analysis *Advanced mathematical skills including prior experience with stratification of large, complex, data sets. *Prior experience working in a high-growth private equity backed organization or Financial Institution (strongly preferred). *Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. *Ability to influence decision making process through clear and robust development and presentation of financials and other related materials. *Operational agility and ability to work in a fast-pace environment. *Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). *Ability to work on concrete deadlines. *Demonstrated past experience with project management, independent work, and implementing new processes from the ground up. *Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. What you need to know: As Director, Finance, you will report to the Vice President of Finance and be collaborate and share in responsibilities to take Honest to the next level. You will harness your knowledge, skills, and financial acumen to innovate, partner on problem solving, and deliver on business strategy. Primary responsibilities for this role: *Serve as a project manager, organizing the finance team around major milestones and the individual tasks that lead up to those milestones. *Assist the finance and strategy teams with data analysis *Leverage a claim analysis data tool to stratify large data sets across different financial and outcomes metrics. *Succinctly communicate outcomes of various project and analytics to our team, portfolio partners, and other stakeholders. *Create sophisticated presentations in PowerPoint using advanced skill sets. *Create forecasts for the business, including but not limited to budgets, 5-year outlooks, and business development pro formas. *Prioritize work while keeping the executive team apprised of project status; ensuring deliverables are met and completed on deadline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

6+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Are you comfortable working in Start-up environment?
- Do you have experience in the Healthcare Industry?
