Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in people operations in a high growth environment preferably in the B2B SaaS space, with 3 years of management experience. 2. Demonstrated experience in HR functional areas, especially systems and people technologies, total rewards, and benefits. 3. Exceptional technical skills and the ability/desire to learn new programs; experience with Greenhouse, Google, Slack, LinkedIn, Lattice desired. 4. Strong data analytics ability with advanced proficiency in Excel. 5. Exceptional people skills, the ability to connect and work well with people at all levels, and strong service orientation: Our HR team strives to give our employees the best experience possible. 6. Drive, high motivation, a love of working fast while maintaining strong communication with team. 7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 8. A desire to continuously learn, share ideas and be an integral part of a critical team. What you need to know: 1. This position can be based in either Denver, CO, Reno, NV, or New York City with with an expectation to come into the office at least once a week. 2. Seeking someone who is very mature and can handle all communication with the head of HR. 3. All inclusive work environment; we are not a place that says no, but rather a place that says “let’s figure it out”. 4. Seeking someone with good solid baseline in excel (should know how to create pivot tables and formulas) because this position will have a lot of reporting. Interview process: 1. Understand organizational needs and develop infrastructure, processes/policies and workflows that are compliant, efficient and scalable 2. Own and oversee HR tech stack; optimize systems and tools and help them all talk to each other to maximize efficiency; produce, maintain and use people analytics data to develop insights and recommendations 3. Be a subject matter expert in compensation including compensation structure, market analysis, job leveling, etc. 4. Work with our PEO to maintain benefit programs, bring in new benefits when possible, and ensure compliance with regulations 5. Develop strong relationships with Bommies, offering guidance, career coaching and assistance when needed. 6. Strengthen our internal career development program 7. Manage all disabilities and leaves of absence 8. Assist with Employee Relations as needed
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- working directly for a B2B SaaS company
- People operations in a high growth environment
- Greenhouse
- Employee Relations
- built management training programs or career laddering programs
- Creating pivot tables in excel
- creating excel formulas
- exempt salaried employees
- Are you fully vaccinated?
