Qualifications

• High School/GED
• working within an IT Operations Role (2+ years)
• Cloud Computing (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Migrating services to Public Cloud (Azure)
  • Active Directory/GPO/DHCP/DNS
  • Monitoring tools (Eg: Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, etc.)
  • ServiceNow
  • ITIL Incident and change management
  • Release and Build deployments
  • Storage and backup administration
