Required skills and experience: *2+ years coordinating and scheduling experience, preferably on a recruiting team *Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously *Exceptional communication skills *Exceptional organizational skills *Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems *Healthcare-specific recruiting experience strongly preferred *Microsoft Office experience preferred *BSN preferred What you need to know: As a Talent Coordinator you will collaborate with recruiters, Senior Leadership, and hiring managers, to schedule interviews and decision meetings, support recruiting events, and prepare candidates and those involved in the hiring process for interviews. You will help drive and ensure an exceptional candidate and interviewee experience.
