Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. A passion for sales and technology. 4+ years of technology outbound sales experience, including 1+ years managing an SDR or AE team at a B2B SaaS company. 2. Demonstrated success managing a team of 6+ people, adding tons of pipeline, and fueling explosive growth through outbound sourced deals during a growth stage of a company anywhere from 50 - 150 employees. 3. Knowledge of the tools (Outreach, Salesforce, Hubspot). 4. The ability to juggle many tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively 5. Experience generating net new deals and assisting in upsell/expansion opportunities. 6. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills. What you need to know: 1 This is a remote opportunity with a B2B intent platform in the SaaS space. 2. Amazing growth potential with a direct path to a Director-level position within 12 months of employment. 3. Will be managing a team of 9 SDRs. Interview process: 1. Video screen with recruiter 2. Competitive compensation package including 401k match and equity options! Additional job details: 1. Be the champion of using Bombora’s intent data to do world-class sales development. 2. Advocate for great storytelling and being able to quickly & concisely share user stories 3. Lead and assist the Sales Development team in identifying prospective accounts, establishing consistent sales metrics and practices, optimizing outbound approach, and ultimately generating meetings and opportunities for the sales team 4. Collaborate heavily with Marketing to optimize our lead generation funnel, ensure the customer journey is positive, and relay feedback from the market to improve the process 5. Work collaboratively with our Revenue Operations team to optimize our systems including Salesforce, Outreach.io, Hubspot, Sendoso, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ and Bombora’s data pipeline 6. Hire and nurture SDRs to be promoted into new roles or remain, strong individual leaders 7. Monitor and achieve meeting and pipeline targets for sales development team 8. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met 9. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth 10. Build a trusting, open-communication environment for your team

Qualifications

Required
  • Managing a team of SDRs in the B2B SaaS space (1+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Managing 6+ people
    • scaling a team of SDRs during the growth stage of a B2B SaaS copmany made up of 50-150 employees
    • Salesforce
    • Hubspot
    • Outreach
    • Developing career plans
    • generating net new deals and assisting in upsell/expansion opportunities
  • Are you fully vaccinated?
